Now you’re ready to make an offer! We’ll gather all the information needed based on recent home sales and present our professional opinion. Once you set the offering terms we’ll start negotiating on your behalf.
We charge 2% on the sale consideration from each party we represent.
Once an offer has been accepted, we will act as your advocate during the inspection process, work alongside your lender, and complete any steps required until you have the keys to your New Home!
